The NIOSH Fatality Assessment and Control Evaluation (FACE) Program studies fatal workplace injuries and prepares reports with recommendations to prevent similar deaths. CPWR maintains a Construction FACE Database of reports on construction worker deaths. In addition, Stop Construction Falls collects FACE reports that describe falls-related deaths.
