Please complete this form if you are interested in having the story of your stand-down event published on stopconstructionfalls.com, cpwr.com, and possibly in various other media avenues.

By submitting this form you are giving your consent for CPWR to:

(A) Contact you to ask any follow-up questions about the information provided;

(B) Use any and all information provided, including photos, in the creation of a Stand-Down Success Story;

(C) Use non-identifying information as part of an overall evaluation effort examining data in aggregate (this includes position/job title, state, company size, number of attendees, and stand-down activities).

Companies should obtain permission from individuals included before sharing photos or identifying information with CPWR.  If CPWR decides to feature your story, we will notify you, reach out to schedule an interview for additional information, and provide a copy of the Success Story for your review and approval prior to publishing.
